Daily copy of an Airtable view in Sheets
Every morning the agent rewrites a Google Sheet tab with the records in your Airtable view, so reports built on it start from fresh data.
Combine Airtable + Google Sheets and move base records into your sheets, or sheet data into your Airtable bases. Just ask Letaido's AI agent and watch it do the work.
Use this Airtable Google Sheets integration for view copies, lead imports and weekly reports.
Every morning the agent rewrites a Google Sheet tab with the records in your Airtable view, so reports built on it start from fresh data.
The agent adds or updates a record in your Airtable leads table for each row of your sheet, matched on email, and notes the result.
Every Monday the agent counts your Airtable content items by status and adds one dated row to your sheet, so you can chart the trend.
Every Monday the agent reads spend per campaign from your finance sheet and updates the Spend field on the matching Airtable campaigns.
Airtable can import a sheet once or run its own automations. Leta copies whole views and checks each row.

| Letaido AI agent | Airtable to Sheets and Sheets to Airtable, in separate jobs | A saved schedule, or a chat request | Copying a full view to a reporting tab each morning, importing a lead sheet matched on email, weekly status counts, spend updates with a result per row | Not a live mirror. Letaido's Airtable and Google Sheets connectors have no triggers, so an edit can't start a job. Google needs your own OAuth client |
| Airtable's Google Sheets import | Sheets to Airtable | You, from + Add or import | Bringing a sheet into a new or existing table once | A one time import. Later changes in the sheet don't reach Airtable, and changes in Airtable don't reach the sheet |
| Airtable automations with Google Sheets | Either direction. The Google Sheets action appends one row per action; repeating groups can process multiple records in one run. | Airtable's own automation, when a record is created or changes, or a row is added at the bottom of a sheet | Adding rows to a sheet when records are created or change, or creating and updating records when a row is added | Built into Airtable, not Letaido. The Google Sheets action is append-only and needs a paid Airtable plan. Find records plus Update record can update existing Airtable records from incoming sheet rows, matched on fields you configure. Rows added mid sheet are missed |
| Data Fetcher (Airtable extension) | Sheets to Airtable | You, or its own schedule | Importing sheet ranges into a table and merging them with existing records, using the merge settings you choose | Another tool to set up inside Airtable. Matching follows the merge settings you configure. Scheduled runs are a paid Data Fetcher feature |
| Zapier, Make and similar | Both, with a separate workflow for each | A new or updated record or row | Templates such as new records in a view added as rows, or new rows saved as records | You build and maintain every workflow, and Zapier counts each successful action as a task on your plan |
Saved as an automation, like these jobs: every morning at 7am, every Monday at 8am or every Monday at 9am. Neither app sends events to Letaido.

Yes, in a few ways. Airtable imports a sheet once, and its automations can append rows to a sheet or find and update records. With Letaido, Leta reads a whole view or sheet tab and writes to the other app in one job, like the ones above.
In Letaido, paste an Airtable access token, then add Google Sheets through your own Google Cloud OAuth client. Then paste a prompt from this page or describe the job in your own words.
Include the spreadsheet URL in the request, as each prompt here does with [sheet link], plus the tab name. On the Airtable side, give the base and table names, such as the 'Campaigns' table in your 'Marketing' base.
Save it as a scheduled job. Each morning Leta copies the records in the view you name to one tab, replacing the previous rows and keeping the header row. The copy is one way. Edits in columns A:F below the header are replaced on the next run; the header and columns after F are left alone.
Yes. Ask, and Leta adds or updates one record per row, matched on Email, then marks each row Added, Updated or skipped with the reason. Blank cells are left out, so a field that already has a value keeps it.
No. Letaido's Airtable and Google Sheets connectors have no triggers, so editing a record or a cell won't start anything. Jobs run when you ask or on a timer, like every morning at 7am.

Connect Airtable and Google Sheets, then ask for a job like "Copy our Airtable campaigns view to our reporting sheet every morning". Leta gets it done on your schedule, or the moment you ask.
