New Stripe sales posted in Slack
When a Stripe checkout is paid, Leta posts the customer, what they bought and the amount to your #wins channel in Slack.
Combine Stripe + Slack and move payment data into channels where your team already talks. Just ask Letaido's AI agent and watch it do the work.
Use this Stripe Slack integration for new sales, failed invoice payments and cancels, a weekly billing digest and customer lookups.
When a Stripe checkout is paid, Leta posts the customer, what they bought and the amount to your #wins channel in Slack.
When a Stripe invoice payment fails or a subscription ends, Leta posts the customer, plan, amount at risk, retry details or cancel reason to #retention.
Every Monday, Stripe subscriptions created and canceled and failed invoice payments from the past week, with list-price values per currency, posted to Slack.
Mention @Letaido with a customer's email and it replies in the thread with their Stripe plan, status, renewal and recent invoices.
Stripe's own Slack app posts alerts from templates you write. Leta runs the jobs you describe.

| Letaido AI agent | A paid Stripe checkout, a failed invoice payment or cancel, a mention of @Letaido in Slack, a weekly schedule, or you asking | Sales and at-risk customers posted with plan, amount, retry details or cancel reason, a weekly billing digest with list-price totals per currency, and customer answers in a thread | Every job on this page only reads Stripe, so refunds and retries stay in Stripe. Stripe event jobs need a webhook endpoint and its signing secret in Letaido |
| Stripe Workflows for Slack | A Stripe event, a recurring schedule or a manual start, inside Stripe Workflows | A Send Slack Notification step with your own message template, variables from the event and a Stripe Dashboard link | Built by Stripe. You configure the triggers, conditions and message templates. Pay as you go: 10,000 steps a month included, then $0.018 a step. Nothing starts from Slack |
| Slack Connector (Stripe app) | Stripe payment events you pick | Payment alerts with buttons: successful charges, failed payments, refunds, disputes and invoice failures | A third-party app by AppTree. It can retry a payment, email the customer or issue a refund from Slack, so it gets write access to charges and refunds |
| Zapier, n8n and similar | A Stripe trigger such as New Charge, Failed Payment or Canceled Subscription, a schedule, or a Slack message | Fixed recipes, such as a Slack message for each new Stripe sale, failed payment or canceled subscription | You build and look after each recipe. Summaries and lookups need extra search, filter and format steps you set up |

Yes. Stripe's own Slack app posts alerts you build in Stripe Workflows. With Letaido, Leta uses Stripe and Slack in the same job, such as posting each new Stripe sale to your #wins channel.
Paste a restricted Stripe key and create the Slack app from Letaido's manifest, then describe the job in chat. Jobs that start on a Stripe event also need a Stripe webhook endpoint, with its signing secret added to Letaido. Invite the Letaido bot to the channel it posts in.
Yes. When a Stripe checkout is paid, Leta posts the customer, what they bought, the amount and whether it's a subscription to the channel you pick. Checkouts that aren't paid yet are skipped.
Yes. When an invoice payment fails or a subscription ends, Leta posts the customer, plan and amount at risk (the amount due, or the monthly price for a cancel). A failed invoice payment adds retry details: the attempt number and the next retry date when provided, otherwise 'Next retry not provided in this event'. A cancel adds the cancel reason and feedback.
Yes. Mention @Letaido with the customer's email and it replies in the thread with their plan, status, next renewal and last 3 invoices. A customer with no subscription gets 'No subscription' plus their invoices, and an ended subscription shows no next renewal. Keep the app_mention event on in your Slack app.
