Not the moment it is added. Neither Airtable nor Twilio sends events to Letaido, so a change in either app can't start a job. A job can check for new records on a schedule instead, such as every hour on weekdays, 9am to 5pm.
Can I save Twilio text replies to Airtable? +
Yes. Every hour, Leta reads the texts people sent to your Twilio number and adds each one as a comment on the Airtable contact whose Phone is the sender's full number. A number that matches no contact, or more than one, is listed for you with its texts, and nothing is written for it.
Who pays for the texts it sends? +
Each text is billed to your Twilio account. Only text people who agreed to get texts from you. US texts from a local number need A2P 10DLC registration in Twilio.
Is a Twilio trial account enough? +
Not for these texts. A trial account can only send Twilio's predefined template texts to verified numbers, so upgrade your Twilio account before Leta sends campaigns, reminders or intros. Twilio's answer means a text was accepted for sending, not delivered, and Leta records that answer.
Will it ask before it sends texts or changes records? +
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.
