Twilio MarketplaceThird-party listings, like no-code partners and prebuilt integrations, installed from the Marketplace or the partner's site.Adding a ready-made tool to your Twilio setup. Each listing works its own way, and partner pricing is separate.

How the Twilio integration works

Connect Twilio once. After that, you describe each job in plain English.

  1. 1Paste a Twilio API key
  2. 2Ask for a job in a chat, or start from an example above
  3. 3Approve the first run

Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.

  4. 4Watch the first run, then save it

How a Twilio job starts

  • On a scheduleEvery hour or every day, like reminders for tomorrow's events.
  • When you askType it in a chat, like checking a phone list, and it runs once.
Setup details

Create a Twilio API key

In the Twilio console, create a Standard API key. Copy its SID, which starts with SK, and its secret; Twilio shows the secret once.

Paste it into Letaido

Add your Account SID, which starts with AC, plus the API key SID and secret. Your Auth Token is not needed.

Get ready to text in the US

Texts from a US local number need A2P 10DLC registration; 8XX numbers like 800 or 888 need verification. Trial accounts can only send template messages to verified numbers.

Watch the first run

Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once. Then save it to repeat.

Every Twilio action the agent can take

48 actions across messages, calls, phone numbers, lookups and usage.

Frequently asked

Can a job start when someone texts my number? +

Not on its own: Letaido has no Twilio event trigger. Reply jobs run on a schedule, like every hour, as in the HubSpot notes job above.

How do I connect Twilio to Letaido? +

Create a Standard API key in the Twilio console. Paste your Account SID, the API key SID and its secret into Letaido. Your Auth Token is not needed.

Do texts sent by Letaido cost extra? +

Twilio bills each text to your Twilio account at its usual rates, as if you sent it yourself. The basic phone number lookup has no Twilio charge.

Do I need A2P 10DLC registration? +

Yes, before Letaido can text from a US local number. An 8XX number like 800 or 888 needs verification instead, and trial accounts can only send template messages to numbers you have verified.

What do I approve before it sends a text? +

Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.

Is there a Twilio MCP server? +

Twilio hosts an MCP server, in Public Beta, that lets AI coding agents search its API specs and docs, and Twilio Labs has an open-source alpha server that calls the APIs. Letaido is not an MCP server: it sends texts, reads replies and results, and runs jobs on a schedule or on an event.

How is Letaido different from Zapier or Twilio Studio? +

Zapier and Studio run flows you build step by step. With Letaido you describe the job, and the agent reads your sheet, CRM or calendar, decides who to text and logs the results in 64 other apps.

Let an AI agent handle your texts

Connect Twilio, then ask for a job like "Text customers a card update link when a Stripe payment fails". Leta gets it done the moment something happens, or the moment you ask.
