Letaido AI agentYou type the job in plain English. One agent plans the steps across the 68 HubSpot actions and 64 other connected apps, reasons between reads and writes, and can repeat the job on a schedule or on a HubSpot event.Jobs that need reading, judgement and writing across apps, like scoring leads against a sheet or a weekly pipeline note.65 apps, not thousands, and it can only do what a connector action supports. Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.
HubSpot Marketplace appsApps built by HubSpot or a partner that you install from the Marketplace and authorise with OAuth.A standard connection to one specific tool, such as a calendar, a dialer or a form builder. Each app syncs only what its builder chose, usually between HubSpot and that one tool.
HubSpot data syncHubSpot's own sync for a set of popular apps, with field mapping between records.Keeping contacts or companies matched between HubSpot and another system of record.Copies fields as they are. Custom mappings depend on your HubSpot tier.
Zapier, Make and similarWorkflows you build from triggers and actions (Zaps, scenarios), now with AI steps, plain English builders and agents.Handoffs between thousands of apps, including the many the Marketplace does not cover. You design and maintain each workflow or agent in the platform, and usage is metered in tasks, operations or credits.
Custom API integrationYour developers build on HubSpot's APIs with a Service Key for API calls, or a developer platform app if they need webhooks for events. In house systems and exact requirements no packaged tool meets.Needs developers to build and maintain it. HubSpot ends support for legacy apps in September 2027.
MCP and AI assistant connectorsHubSpot's MCP server and its connectors for ChatGPT and Claude let an AI app work with CRM records in a chat.Looking things up or making a one off change while you chat.Write support and scheduling depend on the AI app you use. Other apps need their own connectors.

How the HubSpot integration works

Connect HubSpot once. After that, you describe each job in plain English.

  1. 1Create a HubSpot Service Key
  2. 2Ask for a job in a chat, or start from an example above
  3. 3Approve the first run

Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.

  4. 4Watch the first run in the chat

Save it to run every hour or every Monday.

How a HubSpot job starts

  • When something happensA contact, company, deal or ticket is created or changes, or a form is submitted. Needs a legacy HubSpot Private App, which existing accounts can still create until October 26, 2026, plus a webhook URL you paste into HubSpot once.
  • On a scheduleEvery hour or every Monday at 8am, looking back over a fixed window, such as the past hour with a few minutes of overlap. Lead scoring, the pipeline snapshot, the closed won log and the contact mirror are checked this way, with no Private App. No dedicated action reads form submissions, so form jobs start on the event.
  • When you askType it in chat and the agent does it once, such as importing event leads or auditing duplicates.

Create a HubSpot Service Key

In HubSpot, open Development, then Keys, then Service keys, and create a key. Paste it into Letaido. Letaido's event triggers need a legacy Private App and its client secret instead, if your account still has or can create one.

Paste it into Letaido

Letaido checks which scopes the token already has and asks for anything missing in one list, so you only update the token once.

Describe the job

Write what you want in plain English. Name the pipeline, list or property so the agent does not have to guess.

Watch the first run

Letaido runs the job once in the chat. Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once. Then save it as an automation.

Every HubSpot action the agent can take

68 actions in 13 groups. Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.

Frequently asked

What apps can HubSpot work with in Letaido? +

Letaido's agent can use HubSpot together with any of the 64 other apps it has connectors for, including Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Apollo, Ahrefs and Zoom. Jobs with Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, Apollo and Ahrefs are checked step by step today.

Does HubSpot have an API integration? +

Yes. Letaido's HubSpot connector uses the HubSpot API with a token you create. It has 68 actions across contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, line items, custom objects, lists and engagements, plus 12 event triggers.

How do I connect HubSpot to Letaido? +

Create a Service Key in HubSpot and paste the key into Letaido. Letaido's HubSpot event triggers need a legacy Private App instead. Existing HubSpot accounts can create legacy Private Apps until October 26, 2026 (accounts created since September 28 already can't), and support ends in September 2027, so scheduled jobs are the safer default.

What do I approve before it changes my CRM? +

Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.

How is this different from a HubSpot Marketplace app? +

A Marketplace app usually connects HubSpot to one tool and syncs what its builder chose. Letaido is one agent connected to 65 apps. You type the job in plain English, and it reads, reasons and writes across whichever apps the job needs.

Is there a HubSpot MCP server? +

Yes. HubSpot's MCP server lets an AI app such as Claude work with CRM records in a chat. Letaido is not an MCP server. It has its own HubSpot connector, combines it with your other apps, and runs jobs on a schedule or on a HubSpot event.

Can it report on HubSpot marketing emails? +

Not as a checked job today. The connector has no dedicated actions for marketing email statistics. It has a raw API call action, but we have not checked a marketing email report through it, and those stats also depend on your HubSpot tier.

What does the HubSpot integration cost in Letaido? +

Letaido is a paid subscription. Your HubSpot tier still applies, so features such as workflows and marketing email depend on your HubSpot plan.
