In Brevo, open SMTP & API settings, then API keys, and generate a key. Use an API key, not an SMTP key.

Paste it into Letaido

One key covers the whole Brevo account. If Brevo blocks unknown IP addresses, authorize Letaido's IP under Security, Authorized IPs.

How do I connect Brevo to Letaido? +

Generate an API key in Brevo under SMTP & API, API keys, and paste it into Letaido. Use an API key, not an SMTP key. If your account blocks unknown IP addresses, authorize Letaido's IP under Security, Authorized IPs.

Can a Brevo event start a job? +

Yes. A job can start when a campaign email is opened, clicked or unsubscribed from, a contact is added to a list, or a transactional email is delivered, opened, clicked or bounces. Letaido creates the Brevo webhook itself, so there is nothing to paste. Brevo allows 40 webhooks per account.

Is there a Brevo MCP server? +

Yes. With an MCP token, Brevo's MCP server lets Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code and Cline read and write your account in a chat. Letaido is not an MCP server: it has its own Brevo connector and runs whole jobs on a Brevo event, a schedule or when you ask.

Can ChatGPT or Claude use Brevo? +

Yes. Brevo's ChatGPT plugin and Claude connector read campaign results, contacts and segments and save email and SMS drafts, but never send, schedule or delete. Letaido runs Brevo jobs on its own, from an event or a schedule, and combines Brevo with your other apps.
