Google Analytics report, written for you next to the brief
With Drive on your own OAuth client, the agent reads a campaign brief, pulls that campaign's GA4 results and saves a results doc beside it.
Letaido's Google Drive integration lets an AI agent save reports, set up folders and read files you share with it, using 64 other apps.
Reports filed, folders set up and files put to use, each checked step by step. Open one to watch it run.
With Drive on your own OAuth client, the agent reads a campaign brief, pulls that campaign's GA4 results and saves a results doc beside it.
Each month, the agent saves last month's Search Console queries and pages as a Google Sheet in Drive, building an archive you keep.
With Drive on your own OAuth client, the agent makes a folder per deal won yesterday, shares it with the client and notes the link.
Name a campaign and the agent builds its Drive folder with the subfolders you always use, and shares it with your agency.
With Drive on your own OAuth client, the agent saves sites linking to your rivals but not you as a Sheet in your outreach folder.
With Drive on your own OAuth client, the agent reads a lead sheet, subscribes opted-in people to a Klaviyo list and lists skipped rows.
With Drive on your own OAuth client, name a folder and the old and new names; the agent replaces them in each Doc directly inside.

| Letaido AI agent | You describe the job. The agent saves reports, builds folders, shares them and reads your files, with 64 other apps, on a schedule or when you ask. | Monthly archives, client folders and files that feed other apps. | 65 apps, not thousands. Reading files you made yourself needs your own Google Cloud OAuth client. |
| Drive for desktop | Google's app streams or mirrors your Drive files in File Explorer or Finder. | Working on Drive files from your computer's own apps. | It syncs files. It doesn't move data between apps. |
| Zapier and similar | Workflows start from a new file, a new folder or an updated file, and can upload or copy files and create folders. | Fixed handoffs, like saving every email attachment to a folder. | You set each step in advance, and it does the same thing every time. |
| Google Drive API | Developers search, create, share and change files in code, within per-minute quota units. | In-house tools with exact needs. | Needs developers and a Google Cloud project. |
| Google's Drive MCP server | Google's remote MCP server lets an AI app search, read and create Drive files in a chat. | Finding and reading files from your AI app. | Setup needs a Google Cloud project and the Workspace Developer Preview Program. |
Connect Google Drive once. After that, you describe each job in plain English.
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.
Save it to run every month.
A schedule starts the job, or you do by asking.
Click Connect with Google Drive and approve Google's consent screen. The agent can then create files and folders and work with everything it made.
To search and read files you made yourself, connect with your own Google Cloud OAuth client instead: Drive API on, a Web application client and a refresh token for the full Drive scope.
On your own client, choose Internal for your Workspace, or set an External screen to In production. Tokens minted in Testing stop working after 7 days.
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once. Then save it to repeat.
10 actions across 8 groups, from search to sharing.
Click Connect with Google Drive and approve Google's consent screen. That is enough for jobs that save reports and build folders. To let the agent search and read files you made yourself, connect with your own Google Cloud OAuth client and a refresh token for the full Drive scope instead.
On a hosted connection, only files Letaido created, plus any file you choose for it in Google's file picker. With your own OAuth client it sees whatever that Google account can see.
Its consent screen is probably left in Testing, where Google expires refresh tokens after 7 days. Set it to Internal for your Workspace, or publish the External screen to In production, then mint a new token.
No. Google Drive has no trigger in Letaido. Run Drive jobs on a schedule, such as every morning or the 3rd of the month, or when you ask.
Yes. Google runs a remote Drive MCP server that lets AI apps search, read and create files in a chat. Setting it up needs a Google Cloud project and the Workspace Developer Preview Program. Letaido is not an MCP server: it has its own Drive connector and runs whole jobs across your apps.
No. The agent reads Google Docs, Sheets and slide text. PDFs, images and archives can't be read through the Drive connector.

Connect Google Drive, then ask for a job like "Write a Google Analytics results report next to our campaign brief". Leta gets it done on your schedule, or the moment you ask.
Get LetaidoSearch Drive by name, text, folder, or type, and retrieve metadata for a specific file or folder.
Read a Doc as text, a Sheet as CSV or a deck's slide text. Images and PDFs can't be read.
Open Google's file picker so you can choose existing files for the agent, on a hosted connection.
Create new files from text content such as reports, exports, or notes.
Rename a file, move it to another folder, or replace its contents.
Create folders, optionally nested inside other folders, to keep Drive tidy.
Move files to the trash, where the owner can restore them.
See who has access to a file and grant access to individuals, groups, domains, or anyone with a link.
