Sales tasks for pricing page clickers
Every Monday the agent finds contacts who clicked your pricing link in last week's campaigns and gives each one a follow-up task.
Letaido's ActiveCampaign integrations let one AI agent read your campaigns and deals, tag contacts and create tasks, with 64 other apps.
Checked step by step. Open one to watch it run.
Every Monday the agent finds contacts who clicked your pricing link in last week's campaigns and gives each one a follow-up task.
Every Monday the agent adds one row per campaign sent last week to your sheet: sends, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and revenue.
When a Stripe payment fails, the agent tags the customer in ActiveCampaign and adds a note with the amount, so your recovery automation starts.
Every Monday each deal owner gets a Slack message listing their open deals with no update in 14 days.
When someone books a demo in Calendly, the agent tags them in ActiveCampaign and moves their open deal to Meeting booked.
After a Zoom webinar, the agent tags every registrant in ActiveCampaign as attended or no-show, so the right follow-up automation starts.

| Letaido AI agent | You describe the job. The agent reads and updates ActiveCampaign with 64 other apps, on a schedule, on an event, or when you ask. | Jobs that mix ActiveCampaign with your other apps, like Stripe payments or a Slack DM per deal owner. | 65 apps, not thousands. Your automations stay in ActiveCampaign; the agent tags or enrols contacts. |
| ActiveCampaign apps and integrations | ActiveCampaign lists 1,000+ apps and integrations, such as Shopify and Salesforce, that you connect from its apps page. | Syncing store, CRM and form data into contacts and deals. | Each one syncs what its builder chose, between ActiveCampaign and that one tool. |
| Zapier, Make and similar | Workflows built from triggers and actions, like a new contact or a tag added. | Fixed handoffs, such as form leads into a list. | You build and fix one workflow per job. |
| ActiveCampaign API and webhooks | Developers call the v3 API with an API URL and key, and listen to webhooks. | In-house tools with exact needs. | Needs developers. The key acts as one user, with no scopes. The limit is 5 requests a second per account. |
| ActiveCampaign MCP server | A remote MCP server you add to Claude or ChatGPT with the URL from Settings, Developer. It reads and updates contacts, tags, lists, deals and automations. | Asking about contacts and deals while you chat. | Works inside your AI app, when you chat. Other apps need their own connectors. |
| Active Intelligence | ActiveCampaign's own AI. Connectors give it context from other tools. | Help and ideas inside ActiveCampaign. | Works inside ActiveCampaign. |
Connect ActiveCampaign once. After that, you describe each job in plain English.
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.
Save it to run every Monday.
An event, a schedule, or you asking.
In ActiveCampaign, open Settings, then Developer. Copy the URL and the Key. Use an Admin user to reach everything.
Changes show in ActiveCampaign as made by that user. The Event Key is only needed for event tracking.
Say which list, tag, pipeline or automation the job is about, so the agent does not have to guess.
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once. Then save it to repeat.
315 actions across 14 groups, from contacts to deals and campaigns.
In ActiveCampaign, open Settings, then Developer, and copy the API URL and Key. Paste both into Letaido.
Yes. Letaido creates the webhook in ActiveCampaign for you, so a new contact, a tag, an unsubscribe or a deal change can start a job. Jobs can also start from another app's event, like a failed Stripe payment.
It can, if a job asks for it. Tagging a contact or adding them to an automation can start that automation's emails. None of the jobs above sends a campaign.
The user whose API key you pasted. ActiveCampaign keys have no scopes, so the agent can do what that user's group allows.
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.
Yes. ActiveCampaign has a remote MCP server you add to Claude or ChatGPT. It works while you chat. Letaido is not an MCP server. It has its own ActiveCampaign connector, mixes it with your other apps and runs jobs on a schedule or on an event.
Yes, through ActiveCampaign's MCP server, which needs a paid ChatGPT account and Developer Mode. Letaido runs the work for you instead, like a weekly results sheet or tasks for pricing clickers.
Each native integration syncs what its builder chose, between ActiveCampaign and one tool. Letaido's agent uses ActiveCampaign and 64 other apps in one job. It connects 65 apps, not thousands.
