Every Monday the agent reads last week's campaign and flow results from Klaviyo and posts opens, clicks, revenue and the top performers to Slack.
The agent writes an email for the segment you name, saves it as a template and builds a draft campaign.
When a Stripe payment fails, the agent records a Payment Failed event in Klaviyo with the amount and invoice link, so your flow emails them.
On the 1st of each month the agent adds a row per Klaviyo flow with last month's recipients, open rate, click rate and revenue.
Every morning the agent finds contacts who became customers in HubSpot yesterday and marks their Klaviyo profiles as customers, adding a profile if they're new.
Every morning the agent takes people who joined your Klaviyo newsletter list yesterday and creates Salesforce leads for those not already a lead or contact.

| Letaido AI agent | You describe the job. The agent reads and updates Klaviyo with 64 other apps, on a schedule, on another app's event, or when you ask. | Jobs that mix Klaviyo with your CRM, billing or reports, like a weekly results post. | 65 apps, not thousands. Klaviyo's own events need Advanced KDP. |
| Built-in integrations and App Marketplace | Klaviyo says it has 350+ integrations, such as Shopify, plus partner apps in its App Marketplace. | Bringing store orders, profiles and catalog data into Klaviyo. | Each one syncs what its builder chose, between Klaviyo and that one tool. |
| Zapier, Make and similar | Workflows built from triggers and actions, like a profile added to a list. | Fixed handoffs, such as new list members into an ad audience. | You build and fix one workflow per job. |
| Klaviyo API and webhooks | Developers call Klaviyo's APIs with a private key. Webhooks are for Advanced KDP customers and app partners. | In-house tools and platforms with no pre-built integration. | Needs developers. Reporting calls are limited per minute and per day. |
| Klaviyo MCP server | Lets AI clients such as Claude or Cursor read your Klaviyo data and create campaigns in a chat. | Asking about campaign and flow results while you chat. | Works inside your AI client. Other apps need their own connectors. |
| Klaviyo's own AI (K:AI and Composer) | K:AI and Composer analyze your results and build campaigns and flows for you to check, inside Klaviyo. | Ideas and drafts based on your Klaviyo data. | Works inside Klaviyo, on Klaviyo data. |
Connect Klaviyo once. After that, you describe each job in plain English.
Allow all read operations once per app; approve each kind of write once.
Save it to run every Monday.
A schedule, an event in another app, or you asking.
In Klaviyo, as an Owner or Admin, open Settings, Account, API keys. Create a private key with the read and write scopes you want.
Copy the key and paste it into Letaido. Scopes can't be added to a key later; a new key fixes that.
Name the list, segment or flow so the agent does not have to guess.

286 actions across 14 groups, from profiles to campaigns.

Klaviyo allows 2 report queries a minute and 225 a day per account. So results jobs, like the weekly Slack post, keep report calls to a minimum: one for campaigns and one for flows.
Yes. Klaviyo's MCP server lets AI clients such as Claude or Cursor read your data and create campaigns. Letaido is not an MCP server. It has its own Klaviyo connector, mixes it with your other apps and runs jobs on a schedule or when you ask.
Each built-in integration syncs what its builder chose, between Klaviyo and that one tool. Letaido's agent works with Klaviyo and 64 other apps in one job, like a weekly results post. It connects 65 apps, not thousands.
Connect Klaviyo, then ask for a job like "Post weekly Klaviyo campaign and flow results in Slack". Leta gets it done on your schedule, or the moment you ask.
